Hello Again

I am back. I don't have a very entertaining life so it is hard for me to come up with wonderful stories to tell. I have however, been back onto my dads blog as saw that he has put several new chapters of the Well stone Chronicles. This is a fantastic Fantasy novel from which I draw great pleasure in reading. If you are into Fantasy, I would suggest you zip over and take a look. I will warn you that once you start, it is hard to put down.

I had a surgical procedure on my knee on September 26, 2011. I am still in physical Therapy. I have had Doctor after Doctor tell me that they do not know what is wrong. I have had MRI's done, you name it. It is still inflamed, and almost feels like there is something blocking my knee from fully extending. It feels like a finger that desperately needs to be cracked. (The Knuckle) of course but it just cant be done. Funny thing about your knees is that they can cause so much pain that your quad muscles in your leg shut off automatically. This is terrible if you have n injury that wont heal as my leg muscles have atrophy in them and they have all but disappeared. This makes it difficult to decelerate the leg when it attempts to fold. I come crashing to the floor in agony. I have even taken a trip down a flight of stairs because of this. If anyone is out there who has heard of this or dealt with it themselves, please comment and give me any suggestions or tips that might help me down the path of recovery.

Snow? Who needs it?

Every bit as much snow on the street.

Honestly, whoever says they "like" the snow, obviously does not have to drive in it or work in it. It is highly overrated. It is slick as cooking oil on kitchen tile and for some reason which I can not understand, the concept of speed and weight of a vehicle, stopping distance and pretty much anything you have to do, "all of  sudden", are all a factor when driving on it. I have a Commercial truck driving license and the driving techniqes they teach you should be common practice for all drivers. Meaning, I think everyone who requires a drivers license should have to go through a class that encompasses these life saving practices. Example: Reduce speed by half if traveling a snow covered or snow packed road. Speed limits here in Colorado are 75 mph on the highway. Thats 37.5 mph or lets just show some respect and do 30. I have been on these highways with snow present and been ran off the road by people going 60 mph. These people have lived here all their lives and still don't know how to drive in the snow. It is absolutely amazing at best. If you are in for a thrill, please come visit Colorado in the winter and drive these streets with snow on the ground. Unless you are not human, your "oh shit" meter will be pegged.

Been a while since i've been on but here is what I have picked up on. The new battlefield 3 is a great game. It added the ability to lie down prone. It has added the ability to have up to 20 of your loyal constituants join you on the battlefield. BF2 only allowed up to 4 people. I think it takes a lot of skill to play that game and it has run off most people because they cant run around and just kill everyone which for the life of me sounds boring as hell. Even my clan members are never on. I have played with a couple of them but as a whole, I dont see any of them anymore. This is enough to make go back to bf2 which believe me is a great game. I went back for just a minute or two and thats where everyone is. Too bad. I trully like BF3 and I think it is a shame that everyone has gone back to 2. I guess I will have too also if i want to play with the people who make the game fun.

What is this?

The 777 Darkside Clan is a group of 200 Online players that meeet on ps3 online and whoop on people. Our game of choice is Battlefield. The new Battlefield 3 is out at midnight tonight. I will be one of the many insane people waiting outside the store for its early release. Battlefield is a much more realistic game than Modern Warfare. The environment is destructable. For example, You see a guy poping up from behind a wall and taking pop shots at your team. In most games including Modern Warfare you pull out your SMAW or LAW and fire at this bastard only to have you round strike the wall. After the insuing dust cloud settles, you find the wall in tact and barely a scortch mark on the wall. You have now givien away your location and within secounds the same bastard shoots you dead. Not so in Battlefield. The wall is gone or at least a large portion of it and so is the bastard who was hiding behind it. Like most online play, Battlefield has people who can kill you so fast you will be wondering what happened. I find its survivability better than most and if you have any real life skills in combat, they can be applied to this game with surprising results.

Last time i made a 777 blog, no one was interested in looking at it. This time I don't care. I love playing with these guys. They are team oriented and there is very little command structure as far as you following someones directions. You get in the game, take over a building and hold it down. With sniper, engineer, assault, medic, and support gunner, this game gives you the ability to work as a team like no other. If online play is not for you with real people because lets face it, real people suck. You can gather a group of four people who you are friends and family to and play the entire capeign online co-op. It is worth looking into if you are a first person player who loves working as a team. The graffics alone will blow your mind.
